Non-surgical nose reshaping. Filler is used to smooth a dorsal hump, lift a drooping tip and straighten the profile.
A liquid rhinoplasty does not make the nose smaller, it makes it look straighter and more balanced. By placing a small amount of firm filler above and below a bump, the profile reads as a smooth line, and a tiny amount at the base lifts a downturned tip.
Results are immediate, there is no surgery, no general anaesthetic and no weeks of recovery. For a lot of clients it is the treatment that finally makes them comfortable with their side profile.
The nose is a high risk area for injectables because of its blood supply, so it must be treated by an injector who knows the anatomy and keeps hyaluronidase on site. We do both.

In trained hands, yes, but it is one of the highest risk areas in aesthetics. We use cannula where appropriate, inject slowly, and keep dissolving agent on site at all times.
